TSHEPONG CHILDRENS PROJECT
The final term of 2025 was truly a festive time as we celebrated the achievements of our children and the team that took on this journey with them. After our year-end assessment we were also able to see the great impact of our ECD program and how all our programs work together to make an even greater difference in a child and family’s life. At Tshepong we truly aim to do more than just educate our children and see them develop – we hope to create a culture of collaboration, relationship and mentorship as we all work together to see our young children flourish.

INITIATIVES 2024
Mamba Cement actively invests in our surrounding communities, to create long-term benefits for all. By improving the economic well-being of individuals, over time, those people could end up being future clients, employees or business allies. Mamba Cement understands that when we uplift the community, we also create a more favourable environment for our business. Corporate Social Investment is therefore beneficial for our business and the community.
AGRI ACADEMY REPORT
In 2024–2025, Mamba Cement in partnership with Khulisani Agricademy, trained 19 local participants from the Raphuthi community. 9 of these young people have demonstrated exceptional commitment, consistency and a desire to build a sustainable livelihood for themselves through agriculture.
Khulisani Foundation
Interim Report
The Khulisani Leadership in Agriculture program is a 6-month Agri-SETA accredited initiative aimed at equipping young adults in Raphuthi, Thabazimbi (Limpopo) with practical agricultural skills,
income-generating opportunities and sustainable livelihood strategies. Given the high youth unemployment rate and the lack of post-matric educational opportunities in the area, this program serves as a critical intervention for economic upliftment and food security. With Mamba’s support, we have trained young students in two foundational SETA-accredited unit standards.
Raphuti MOWCS AGM Report
As we gather for the 2025 Annual General Meeting, we do so with gratitude for the journey that Raphuti Meals on Wheels Community Services has walked under the guidance of God and through the strength of community partnerships. This year has reminded us of the resilience compassion that define our mission, serving humanity with love and dignity.
